Management system
I use Baby's Days, an amazing online software system designed for childminders and nurseries. It is quick and easy to use, with no messy paperwork.
I can run my business from any device, and it means you can communicate with me even at odd times, provide responses and sign forms when it is most convenient.
You can even input your own comments, photos, and videos of your child. Everything is recorded on Baby’s Days, including Daily notes, sleep times, bottle feeds, toileting records, progress achievement dates, photos & videos, progress notes, observations, 2 year progress check, termly assessments, contract & policies, invoices, attendance, medications, accidents & incidents, existing injuries, authorised persons, risk assessments, certificates, menus, calendars.

Musical background
I’m a professional musician and play violin and piano. In my twenties, I was a member of a band in the Philippines called Imago, signed to Viva Records. I have an album entitled, ‘Probably Not But Most Definitely’.

We often do junk modelling and make our own instruments such as shakers out of toilet rolls, dried pasta or rice, or other imaginative creations.
At least once a week I take the children to a local music group such as Mark in the Park, or Acton Library Singing and Storytime (where we also borrow a book to take home).
I have played violin in TV adverts and produced a set of phonics audiobooks for Elementary (Primary) school children in the Philippines.
I was also the Musical Director for a foreign film, 'Hubad Sa I lalim Ng Buan' in which I wrote and produced the musical scoring. It was later nominated for Best Musical Scoring at the Pinakamahusay na Musika awards and a Silver Screen Award at the Singapore Film Festival.
